Properties for Rent

Our rental properties are privately owned and managed. As always, we don't charge an application fee! If you have challenged or bruised credit, we may still be able to approve you. If you have a good work history or good credit established after the problems, we'll work with you. Click on the photos to the right for more information.

Some of our tenants have been with us for 10 years... That speaks volumes for how we manage our properties. We've even helped some of our tenants purchase the very home that they're living in... If a repair becomes necessary, we're going to be there as quickly as possible to fix the problem...
